Uploading files and photos... There are several different areas where service providers can upload files and\or photos but the procedure is the same. The first thing you will want to do is take note as to where you have saved the files or photos on your own computer. If you can't find them then you surely won't be able to upload them. It is sometimes helpful to save the files or photos to your desktop since the desktop is easy to find and the files and\or photos will be in clear view. 1.) After you take note as to where your files and\or photos are located on your PC your next step is to click on the browse button. regardless of what webpage you are at, if you can upload files\photos from that page then you will see a browse button. We have provided a snapshot of our file upload utility below to show you a browse button...
2.) Upon clicking on the browse button you will get a pop-up window where you can then browse for the file\photo that you wish to upload. If you saved your files\photos to your desktop then it will be the uppermost option. See snapshot below...
3.) The browse window, as depicted above, has three different fields, Look In, File Name, Files of type. When clicking on the Look In drop down list you can then choose Desktop, My Computer, My Documents, or wherever you originally saved your files and folders to. Upon, selecting the directory which contains your files\photos you will see a comprehensive listing of those files\photos in the big white boxed area. 4.) Find the file\photo that you wish to upload. You can only upload one at a time. Select the file\photo and then click on open. You will then notice that the original browse button now has a path to the left hand side of it which corresponds to where your file\photo is located on your own PC. See snapshot below...
5.) You are now ready to upload the file. In this example, you would simply click on the button that reads "Click here to upload file". However, in other areas of HandyBeaver.com the button may read "Submit", "Update", or something else. How to determine file size and type >
