How to sell projects in the Project Marketplace...

Our Project Marketplace is an excellent way for you to increase sales by offering flat-fee projects. Your service provider membership determines the number of projects that you may post within the Project Marketplace. Projects that are posted within the Project Marketplace are ordered by service provider membership and then by service provider revenue. For example, projects posted by a Gold service provider with a revenue of $200,000 will be listed closer to the top of the Project Marketplace directory versus a project that was posted by a Gold service provider with a revenue of $100,000 or even a standard service provider having a revenue of $300000. When a buyer orders a project from within the Project Marketplace he\she is prompted to either fill out an online form which will collect the data and email it to you or he\she will be provided with your contact information for a direct sale. You can specify whether you would like to collect data via a form or if you would rather have the buyer contact you directly under the preferences section of your account management area.

1.) Login to your account management area. Click on the Service Provider Panel button from the main menu.

2.) Click on the Project Marketplace submenu option.

3.) You should now be looking at a form where you can upload a new Project Marketplace project. Take note to the number of projects included with your membership and the number of projects that you have used.

4.) There are various form fields show, including category, subcategory, price, description, and so forth. You are not required to upload a project photo although doing so increases buyer interest and will make your project stand out within the Project Marketplace.

5.) When defining a price for your project you can specify as to whether the price is per room, per square foot, per house, ect.
