How to respond to received feedback...

We enable service providers to respond to any feedback that has been received by a buyer. A service provider may respond to feedback in defense of of a negative feedback or in praise of a positive feedback. Responding to feedback has no baring on the buyer's feedback score.

1.) Login to your account management area and then click on the Provider Feedback button from the main menu.

3.) You should now be viewing a comprehensive listing of your feedback. Find the feedback that you would like to respond to.

4.) To reply to a particular feedback, simply click on the the Reply link which is located in the far right hand column of that particular feedback's row.

5.) You should now have a screen which provides you with the opportunity to rate the buyer, on a scale from 1 to 5, as well as provide a comment.
