How to leave service provider feedback...

You can only leave a service provider feed back if you have awarded that particular service provider a project and the service provider has accepted the project.

1.) Login to your account management area.

2.) Click on the Buyer Panel button to view buyer panel.

3.) You should now be viewing a comprehensive listing of all of your open projects, if any such projects exist. Click on the Closed Projects tab.

4.) Now you should be viewing your closed projects. On the far right hand side of this view there is a column titled Next Action. For projects which you have selected a service provider and that particular service provider has accepted the project, and providing that you have already left feed back for that service provider in relation to that project, you should see a link that reads "Leave Feedback >".

5.) Upon clicking on this link you will arrive at a page that goes into further detail about how service providers are scored. From here you rate the service provider accordingly.

NOTE: We strongly encourage buyers to wait until the project is completed in it's fullest entirety prior to leaving service provider feedback. You can not repost a project for which you have already left service provider feedback for.
