How to cancel a project...

Canceling a project does nothing more than end the project posting early. If the project received one or more bids then you can still choose a service provider even after you cancel it. Canceling a project closes the project and removes it from the open projects directory.

1.) From your account management area, click on My Posted Projects. You should now be viewing a comprehensive listing of your open projects.

2.) You can cancel open or closed projects. Find the project that you wish to cancel and click on the project title to access your Buyer Project View.

3.) From the Buyer Action Panel main menu click on the Cancel Project button.

4.) You can now provide a brief explanation as to why you are canceling the project. This explanation will be automatically emailed to every service provider who has placed a bid on that particular project.

NOTE: You can also repost a close a project.
