How to get an HBR2230... Commonly referred to as an HBR2230, our proprietary Handy Beaver Property Investment Report is a useful asset to any Real Estate transaction as it can assist property appraisers with appraising the value of your property as well as highlight property investments for potential property buyers. You can only obtain an HBR2230 for your property if that particular property has at least one closed project in which you have already chosen a service provider for and only if that chosen service provider has accepted the project. 1.) Login to your account management area. 2.) Click on the Buyer Panel button to view the buyer panel. 3.) Click on the Handy Beaver Report button from the main menu. 4.) Select the property address that you would like an HBR2230 for. Note that the drop down list will only display one or more of your properties which have at least one completed project. Otherwise, there would be no value to the report. 5.) Click on the blue button that reads "Run Report". The report will open in a new window. If it doesn't open then you may want to check your computer for any pop-up blocking software. |
